This Privacy Policy explains what information Tools by Bob (“I”, “me”, “this site”) collects when you visit toolsbybob.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information I collect
When you visit this site, the hosting server automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. This is standard for websites and is used to keep the site running, secure, and fast.
If you contact me by email, I receive your email address and anything you include in your message. I use this only to reply to you.
If you leave a comment, WordPress stores the name, email address, and comment text you submit, along with your IP address and browser information, to help detect spam.

Data retention
Server logs and backups are kept only as long as needed for security and maintenance. Emails and comments are kept until they are no longer needed or until you ask me to delete them.
